I found my first TLP Mocs at a used clothing store when my 8yr old was a baby. I loved them so much! I tried the water shoes next for that baby, and found the upper material to be much too delicate for outdoor water play. I just gave the water style another chance with my 10 month old, thinking maybe a different kid would make the difference. Well, he’s crawling, so I have quickly seen the upper wear out. He has only worn them a handful of times. They are probably fine for a walker who won’t have the tops of their feet on the ground.
I love how wide the shoes are, and well made.
I don’t like them for summer, because the soles feel really warm inside. I have tried them myself.
I will probably buy my soon to be walker a pair of TLP shoes, but they will be prints or solids. Those seem durable enough for toddler play.
I would love it if TLP found a more durable upper for water shoes. And I would love it if they added some leather soles, as well as water resistant styles for options.
This is my second time ordering from this company. These are the PERFECT first baby/walking shoe! They are comfy, soft, and not at all restrictive. They are easy to put on and they stay on. Make sure to follow their sizing guide exactly and they should fit perfectly!
Love them, great helping him learn to walk, easy to put on fits great but I haven’t washed them or anything and they are already pilly and look worn out in less than a month.
Super cute, very easy for my little one to walk in! Love how flexible the shoe is it fits my wide footed 2year old like a charm.

My son has already put these through the ringer! These shoes stay on better than sandals and provide more sun coverage. I especially like the fabric used on the Summer Breeze style because they dry faster than the other style fabrics. He just wore them camping all weekend they performed great and provided great protection for his tootsies. Sure they developed a few snags, but that is not surprising after dirt-balling around camp for 3 days. I gave those snags a trim and threw them in the wash and they're good to go again!
These shoes are great. My child loves them. Easy to slip on and versatile. The upper fabric seems a little more fragile than I expected but so far they're holding up well. Will purchase from again!
I LOVE this color! BUT my 2 year old is really tough on these shoes and the ribbed fabric does catch and pill faster than the others I have. I'll stick to the flat fabrics for my next order.

We love these shoes! We have a 1 year old and he started walking at 10 months, during his transition period these shoes have stayed on while crawling, stumbling, running, etc. He loves the shoes and we love that they are so versatile and barefoot. They work great at the park, waterpark, river, daycare, etc. I didn't want to have different shoes for different activities, seems unnecessary. Also, we live at the beach and I didn't like that most water shoes have holes in them because the sand is very hot and I didn't want scalding hot sand getting into his shoes. I love these shoes and will be purchasing a million more pairs of them as my little one grows!
We bought these shoes as first shoes for our 9 month old new walker and LOVE them. They are incredibly flexible, grippy and provide enough protection to use outside.
These are so beautiful and comfortable wearing
them at home.I bought them for building sand castles on the beach with the kids.I just wished that
they had more of a sole than soft neoprene.
The sizing guide was spot on! These shoes fit my petite girl like a glove. It's been really hot and there's been no complaints walking on the hot driveway and they're perfect for going into and out of the kiddie pool all day long.
